Let me start by saying they are thieves in the literal sense.
My partners car broke down so I had it recovered by an exceptionally reliable company who I trust. They brought it to this garage to get the work carried out.
When my partner went to collect the car (days after it was promised it would be ready). All his money had gone out the car, they had taken his authentic mercedes mats ( they are not cheap to buy). His lovely cream interior was no longer cream. The mechanics had actually been standing on the seats , as there was visible black foot prints all over them.
Of course they denied everything claiming it was the recovery company .
If it had been my vehicle I would have called the police . The work it’s self was fine but they did put the price up to what was originally stated.
I would suggest you look else where to take your car other than this cowboy garage.
